All About Autoresponders
If you've reached the point of exhaustion trying to keep up with answering the mountain of emails that threatens to bury you alive every single day, you're ready to learn about email autoresponders.
I will tell you up front - get a TOTALLY Professional service and you will save time and money in the long run - I recommend --> http://www.topzed.com/aweber
The bad news is that people expect prompt replies to their email inquiries. However, unless you can figure out how to work continual twenty-four hour shifts, or hire enough people to constantly monitor incoming emails (while they're eating up your revenue), you have a problem. The good news is an autoresponder is an inexpensive - or even free - method of quickly responding to emails. What these programs do is automatically respond to incoming emails as soon as they are received.
Emails are essential to your business for many different reasons. Most importantly, these invisible email voices give you their feedback about your website - for free! However, if you spend all your working hours answering these emails, how are you supposed to run your business? The answer is simple: use autoresponders. Autoresponders are programs that automatically respond to your emails without you so much as having to click on your mouse.
There are a number of good reasons why you need an autoresponder besides just answering your email. For example, autoresponders can be used if you need a way to send information about your services or products, price lists, or if there are repeated questions asked across large numbers of emails. Maybe you want to offer your site visitors a special bonus of some kind, such as advice or relevant articles. All of this can be handled by an autoresponder. Additionally, you can advertise your business and then build stable relationships with your customers by using autoresponders.
Autoresponder programs vary from software that runs with your email program to a specialized script that runs on your web hosting company's server. This kind of script may use a web page form or simply operate with your email account. This kind of script is programmed to send out a standardized message whenever an email is received. The message is sent to a particular script or email address.
Some autoresponders can do more than simply send out standardized messages. They can send out an unlimited number of follow-up messages sent at predetermined interval of time. For example, you can set your autoresponder to send out a new message every day for as long a period as you desire.
There are numerous companies who offer autoresponders free of charge. Your website hosting company often provides autoresponders as a free service. If this is not the case with your web hosting company, there are numerous companies who offer this service for a small fee, or free of charge, providing you attach an advertisement for their company to your emails.
To personalize your autoresponder messages, you can attach a signature. Signatures in this case are much like business cards. You can include your name, company, all your contact numbers and addresses, and a brief message.
It's a good idea to attach a signature to every email that is sent out. This works as a repeated reminder of your business identity every time a customer sees it. The more they look at your signature, the more likely your company will spring to mind when your particular service or product is needed.
You can create a standardized signature that every employee in your business uses, or you can go wild, and let every staff member create their own personal signature. Of course, like everything in life, there are some rules and guidelines to creating a personal signature.
Keep the length of your signature between four to six lines of text, with no more than 70 characters in a single line. Make sure that your email program does not cut off your text! The content should include your name, your company name, your email address, fax number, and any other contact details, such as 800 numbers. Lastly, always include a short personal message about your company. It should be a subtle sell of your services or your products, and possibly your company's reliability and longevity.
Another specialized use of autoresponders is to create courses that you can then offer your site visitors for free. You must choose a topic in which you are an expert and that precisely targets your potential customers.
Once you have carefully chosen your subject, divide it into a number of different sub-topics. Then offer your site visitor a free 10 or 15 day course, each day offering a different sub-topic. The first topic should always be a welcome message to your site visitor and an explanation about what is to follow. Your explanation should be enticing, getting the point across that you are offering free, quality information that your target audience will find of great value.
With every lesson, include the number of the lesson, the topic title, information about your company and its services or products. At the end, include a few blurbs about the next lesson to entice the subscriber to continue on.
Make sure each topic is packed with essential and valuable information, and leaves the visitor lusting to know more. Otherwise, you may lose them in the very beginning.
Of course, you have to write up your course before you can offer it. Once you have done this, and gone over the material carefully, employing a professional writer or editor if necessary, you must transfer your text to your autoresponder.
There are a number of free autoresponders you can use although I suggest you use Aweber - http://www.topzed.com/aweber. Try http:/www.getresponse.com, or http://www.fastfacts.net. Or go onto Google and you will find a long list of free autoresponder companies. Then sign-up for your chosen autoresponder. Once you do, you will receive instructions as to how to set it up and transfer your text.
Email is an excellent marketing tool; it is inexpensive and it is fast. Use it to advertise your business by choosing your email address carefully. Your website should contain different email addresses for different contact requests. For example, use info@yourdomain.com for information requests, or sales@yourdomain.com for questions about sales. It's a good idea to set up one for the owner, such as president@yourdomain.com. This presents your company in a personal, approachable light and insures that direct contact is provided.
Autoresponders are an effective and powerful marketing tool, allowing you to make contact with thousands of potential customers. This is an invaluable asset considering how many potential customers you usually have contact with before you make an actual sale. Essentially, an autoresponser allows you to automate part of your marketing campaign.

Good Example of a Video
Here is a great example of a video:
http://www.topzed.com/t/turbomembership
One thing to notice - you would think that someone was out with their camera shooting the video here and there, but in reality this is just bits and pieces from various online sources put together, with a voice over along with background audio.
Some effects are added like fading in and out, etc.
Really something like this can easily be put together once you know how.

The Road To Success
The Road To Success
Currently, there are thousands of online enthusiasts
who are taking the plunge and joining the community
of affiliate marketers. With e-commerce booming,
and the internet dominating the business world,
becoming an affiliate marketer is a very wise choice.
To be successful with affiliate marketing, it's always
best to learn the basics of the affiliate marketing
business, then realize what sacrifices will need
to be made for you to accomplish your goals. To
get to the top of affiliate marketing, you'll need
to make the necessary sacrifices.
http://www.topzed.com/t/turbomembership
Before you join any type of program, you should
learn as much as possible about the company. It's
actually very easy to research companies, as search
engines are easily the one of the most primary
sources for information. To be on the safe side,
you should ensure that the program and company has
been operating for several years - which can be
easily and properly verified.
If the company has just started, make sure that
the owner has good credibility. Although becoming
an affiliate marketer doesn't have to be a complex
task, you should always use caution.
Many individuals are under the impression that you
can earn a lot of money with affiliate marketing
and not have to invest a penny. Even though
the majority of these programs are free to join,
you'll have to invest money at some point in
time during your affiliate marketing career.
More than likely, this money will be used for
advertising and the promotion of web sites. In
most scenarios however, the amount of money spent
will be earned back with a little bit of time.
Making it as an affiliate marketer will take
time, effort, and a lot of hard work. The more
of these qualities you put into your business,
the greater the success you'll achieve. You
should always be willing and ready to stick with
your program to build up your earnings.
You'll also need to design a variety of different
strategies and methods, which range from creating
web sites to product promotion. You'll also need
to advertise, as well as keep in constant contact
with your affiliates. You should be ready to
put in the most time during the first few months
of your program, as once your network begins to
get established, your work load will lighten.
Even though the system of affiliate marketing
may seem overwhelming at first, you should realize
that you are surrounded by online support. A
lot of the individuals who join affilate programs
are new to the business.
http://www.topzed.com/t/turbomembership
Many organizations and companies have around the
clock support forums and customer support for
those affiliates who need advice or assistance.
A lot of web sites are equipped with e-books,
tutorials, articles, and tips that will make your
quest of becoming an affiliate marketer a little
bit easier.

Easy Home Business System
Hi there...
Many times we've seen huge claims of hyped up garbage coming into our email inboxes. All the make money garbage that is out there still amazes me. What scares me though is the fact that people are spending their hard earned money on this garbage!
Before you buy into anything with the words "home business" on it, there are a few things you need to know...
1. You can't stuff envelopes and make money. Many have heard this, but it's simply a total scam!
2. You should never pay someone to make them money. If a company requires you to pay a fee to do something for them, then 95% of the time, it's a scam.
3. The Internet is full of great people, but there are a few bad apples out there that are willing to take your money and give you nothing for it. Do your research and make sure you're putting your money in the right places.
Now that information is pretty scary, but let me assure you that there are legitimate home businesses you can start VERY easily. Well it's not easy until you know how, and that's where my friend Liz Tomey comes in. She's been running her own home business since 1998. She's a mother of five kids, so having a job that could support her and her family plus allow her to stay home and raise all of those kids was incredibly important.
Liz has listened to people who are struggling to create their own home business, and has take their needs and questions and developed and complete (and absolutely no cost) 175+ page course on how to start your own home business online. This course is called "The Easy Home Business System", and it is the most complete course on everything you need to know to start your own home business online. It's laid out in a very easy to follow outline.
The Easy Home Business System is for you.
"The Easy Home Business System" will show you exactly what you need, and how to get it to get started. It will cover the different things you can do online to make money such as creating your own digital products, promoting other people's products as an affiliate, and more.
It doesn't stop their either...
You'll also learn about website building, success thinking, building your online income in ways you never thought you could, finding online partners to help you, and so much more!
I personally can't believe Liz is giving this all away for free, but if you go to the Easy Home Business System right now, you'll see that it honestly wont cost you a penny to get your hands on "The Easy Home Business System" so make sure you grab it today!
Easy Home Business System
To your success!
